"Ranna®
Yoga™" - the Aumgenic™ system is a self
healing, therapeutic and relaxing movement blend of Cranio-Sacral
tides, Polarity Yoga and Hatha Yoga, and incorporates subtle
principles from Polarity Therapy,
Cranio-Sacral therapy,
Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
The
yoga classes &
teacher training are held in the Winchester VA area at a private,
retreat-style studio. Yoga groups are kept small to provide
individual attention to individual participants.
Because
it has its origins in therapeutic modalities, specific movement
techniques are used to help you with health and wellness challenges.
I
begin every Yoga session by checking in with you to
get a feel for each participant's needs in that day's Yoga
session. This is Yoga anchored in therapy-based and Ayurvedic
knowledge of the physical, nervous, and energetic systems
of the body. Ranna's Aumgenic™ Yoga system is a subtle,
transformative, Yoga hybrid that helps you to rejuvenate,
heal, and restore in body and mind.

ABOUT YOUR
YOGA PLUS TEACHER: Dr Ranna-Lesley Lachlan (PhD, BCPP,
RPP, RPE, VCST), a long term resident of the Winchester VA
area, brings her skill and compassion as a Board Certified
Polarity Practitioner and a Cranio-Sacral Therapist to her
focus on you in Yoga practice.
Ranna is a qualified and registered Polarity Yoga practitioner
(RPP) who has been involved in Yoga for 40 years
and Tai Chi for 30 years (ATMA).
As the developer of Inter-Dimensional Yoga PlusTM,
Ranna has been selected to present her Yoga method at recent
USA conferences and in a Yoga TV series .
