VISIONARY CRANIO-SACRAL THERAPY tunes in to the energetic information carried by subtle movements of the bones of the head, the spine, and the sacrum, as well as by the rhythms of the cerebro-spinal fluid - the CSF.

Through gentle hands on contacts by the practitioner, profound yet subtle shifts towards resolving health or life issues can be achieved, even some that may be buried or unacknowledged.

These hands on contacts involve very light holds of parts of the head, the pelvis and sacrum, and the feet. People report this work to be transformative and calming.
