ABOUT YOUR YOGA PLUS
TEACHER: Dr Ranna-Lesley Lachlan (PhD, BCPP, RPP, RPE, VCST),
a long term resident of the Winchester (VA) & Charlottesville
(VA) areas, brings her skill and compassion as a Board Certified Polarity
Practitioner and a Cranio-Sacral Therapist to her focus
on you in Yoga class.
Ranna
is a qualified and registered Polarity Yoga practitioner
(RPP) who
has been involved in Yoga for 40 years and Tai
Chi for 30 years (ATMA). As
the developer of Inter-Dimensional Yoga PlusTM,
Ranna has been selected to present
her Yoga method at recent USA conferences and in
a Yoga TV series .

relaxation classes and Yoga teacher training are at a retreat-style
location 5 min out of Middletown (VA), surrounded by views of the
Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge. Travel time to the Yoga studio:
15 - 20 min from Winchester City via Middle Rd; 10 - 15 min from Stephens
City, Front Royal and Strasburg.
