The view behind Ranna in this photograph is one of the views from the lawn area of her beautiful location with views of the Blue Ridge as the back drop. This new location is now (since 2006) the hub of her 6th Dimension mission, while therapy, arts programs, and classes also continue in Charlottesville. On offer at 6th Dimension are Polarity Therapy and Cranio-Sacral Therapy - sessions for clients and training for practitioners - and training retreats in art and movement, including Tai Chi and Ranna Yoga - Inter-Dimensional Yoga Plus ^TM.

These programs are intended to provide people with more flexible options to focus on their training while surrounded by the sublime energy of the sacred Blue Ridge mountains.

• DVDs/ PUBLICATIONS/ PROJECTS: "Serenity at Sunrise: Relaxation for Real People" Virginia, a 13 week half hour TV program of Yoga, aired during 2007 and 2008. Eight of these have now been released as a 4 disc DVD set. Also currently in process are DVDs of her Tai Chi work and Polarity for Pets™ work.
• Ranna's production company, Bule Buckkit Productions also produced a half hour TV documentary about the expansion of a large quarry along a 2.5 mile strip of the Shenandoah Valley. The documentary was aired three times on WAZT during April 2008.
• Ranna is already the author of two treatises on the arts and 3 audio CDs of her Tai Chi training.

NEWS: Ranna was selected to present her Polarity Therapy and Cranio-Sacral Therapy based Inter-Dimensional "Yoga" Plus™ method in an experiential workshop at the 25th Anniversary conference of the American Polarity Therapy Association - APTA, in Chicago (September 4 - 6, 2009).
