This is now the hub of her 6th Dimension mission, while therapy, arts programs, and classes also continue in Charlottesville. On offer at 6th Dimension - Blue Ridge are Polarity Therapy and Cranio-Sacral Therapy - sessions for clients and training for practitioners - and training retreats in art and movement, including Tai Chi and Ranna's Inter-Dimensional Yoga Plus ^TM.

These programs are intended to provide people with more flexible options to focus on their training while surrounded by the sublime energy of the sacred Blue Ridge mountains.

• DVDs/ PUBLICATIONS/ PROJECTS: "Serenity at Sunrise: Relaxation for Real People" on WAZT - TV, Virginia, a 13 week half hour program. 8 programs NOW AVAILABLE ON DVD. Also currently in process, DVDs of her Tai Chi work and her Inter-Dimensional Yoga Plus^TM . Ranna is already the author of two treatises on the arts and 3 audio CDs of her Tai Chi training.
